I'm Naveen Venkat, Co-founder at ArchGen, where we're building the future of semiconductor chip design using AI agents.
Previously, I was a Data Scientist at Budweiser (AB InBev), using machine learning and optimization to drive decisions for one of the world's largest brewers.
Lately, I've been focused on LLM-powered infrastructure to accelerate the semiconductor design pipeline and make engineering workflows more autonomous.
Outside work, I enjoy running and staying active. I also run a small YouTube channel where I rant about cricket, explain tech concepts, or just talk about whatever's on my mind.

Leading the development of AI agents to automate and optimize the semiconductor chip design pipeline. Building infrastructure to accelerate the path from RTL to GDSII using generative AI and custom optimization frameworks.

Insights Copilot | Generative AI
Built and scaled an in-house GenAI insights solution for complex Supply Chain datasets, driving adoption across markets and reducing time to actionable insights by 10-fold. Robust Agentic Architecture to generate insights from both structured SQL tables and unstructured vector embeddings. Mentored a team of developers on GenAI automation within Supply Chain analytics.
Personalized Challenges Strategy
Developed personalized challenges to drive digital retention and monetization in the South African market. Built XGBoost-based recommendation engine for optimal SKU discounting, balancing margin protection with volume growth. Designed the "Challenge" personalization model, gamifying user rewards and improving retention.
Assortment Optimization
Delivered high-value assortment optimization solutions for major retailers in Brazil and Argentina, maximizing Volume, Revenue and Days of Supply. Built Cross-Price Elasticity models to predict demand transferability for SKU introduction, removal, and shelf-space allocation.
Assortment & Pricing Models
Built assortment recommendation models for retailers based on sales, demographic and seasonal factors. Developed a Pricing and Promotion model using genetic algorithms to predict price and revenue changes during promotional sales, considering own price and cross price elasticity.

Co-created and built a podcast from the ground up, releasing 50+ episodes in under 6 months. Covered a wide mix of topics โ from cricket analysis and tech trends to AI, machine learning, and career growth. Focused on making conversations relatable, fun, and informative.
2019 - 2023
Mangalore, India
Specialized in electrical and electronics engineering with focus on programming and data science. Developed strong foundation in Python, C++, and C programming languages.
Automated chess gameplay by capturing device screen via ADB and extracting board state using OpenCV. Used Stockfish API to compute best moves and simulate actions with tap commands.
Developed an image generation system using Generative Adversarial Networks (GAN) to transform face sketches into realistic images. Enhanced the GAN with a 50-layer Generator and a 9-layer Adversary, achieving losses of 2.052 and 1.139 respectively.
Secured 1st place out of 150+ teams by designing an auction engine using AutoGluon, CatBoost Regressor, and Genetic Algorithms, deployed via a Streamlit interface for real-time simulations.
Specialist at Codeforces (Max Rating - 1442) | Level 5 at Codechef (Max Rating - 2014). Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, and problem-solving.
